By commissioning me, the client agrees to the terms on this page.

I accept payment through Paypal only.
Payment is at least 50% upfront.
Currencies: USD or EUR (the client is not required to cover conversion fees.)
Prices listed on the commission page are base prices, which include a single subject with a flat color or transparent background. Each additional character adds 50% of the base price. Complex outfits and accessories such as armor, weapons, wings, costumes, animal companions etc. will add an additional $10 - 20. Fully rendered backgrounds will entail additional costs as well. Contact me for an exact price quote.
75% of the payment can be refunded if the client cancels before the first revision stage.
If I am unable to complete the client's commission for any reason, the payment will be fully refunded.

Step 1. Contact with client. Client will be given an exact price quote for their request.
Step 2. After receiving 50% of payment, I will complete a composition sketch. This is the first revision stage. Any desired changes in pose, design, outfit, or expression can be requested. I will communicate back and forth with the client until they are satisfied with the composition.
Step 3. Completion of the painting. The client may request progress shots as often as they like. Any further major revisions at this stage will cost a fee.
Step 4. The second half of the payment will be due before I send the client the final unwatermarked, high-resolution piece. Image will be emailed as a .png file, at 300 dpi, unless otherwise requested.
Expect 1 - 4 weeks turnaround time depending on my queue. Priority can be increased for a fee. Patreon supporters earn automatic top priority.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.
I retain all rights to the completed art piece.
The commissioned work is designed for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.
The client may repost the completed commission to other social media profiles as long as my name, madhurart, is shown alongside a link to my instagram profile or this website.
The client may NOT redistribute, reproduce, resell, or otherwise profit from my work without my written consent ; modify or edit the commissioned piece ; claim the commissioned piece as their own ; remove my signature ; post the commissioned piece online without proper credit.
